Subsea 7 Extends Charter for Normand Subsea

Subsea 7 has exercised its option to extend the existing charter with Solstad Offshore ASA for the Normand Subsea contract by approximately three and a half years, following renegotiation of terms and conditions. The new contract extension will commence in June 2016, with an option for Subsea 7 to extend the contract by a further two years.
The Normand Subsea is a versatile IMR vessel designed and built for operations in harsh environments.
The commercial terms are confidential between the Parties
