Petroleum Safety Authority Norway have carried out an audit on Equinor for the preparations for using a gangway-equipped vessel to access the Oseberg H facality. The audit identified four improvement points. Including the competency requirements of the Offshore Operation Manager, activation of emergency shutdown of Oseberg H, assessment of fire on the gangway-equipped vessel and competency requirements of gangway operators.
