CNOOC announces the start of production of Penglai 19-3 oilfield area 5/10 development project

China National Offshore Oil Corporation announced that the Penglai 19-3 oil field 5/10 area development project has been put into production.
The project is located in the central and southern part of the Bohai Sea, with an average water depth of about 30 meters. The main production facilities include two wellhead platforms, and 130 development wells are planned to be put into production, including 87 oil production wells and 43 water injection wells. It is expected to achieve a daily crude oil production of approximately Peak production of 29,800 barrels.
