The environmental impact report for decommissioning the Ravn field in the Danish part of the North Sea is now available to the public. It is the first time that an oil and gas field has to be fully decommissioned in Denmark.

It is now possible for the public, including authorities and organisations, up to and including 1 December 2023 to submit comments and ask questions about the Danish environmental impact report for the development of the Ravn field in the Danish part of the North Sea to the Energy Agency.

The operator Wintershall Nordzee BV is applying for permission to develop the Ravn field.
