The Norwegian and German governments have now agreed to establish a working group to follow up the results of the ongoing study investigating the possibilities for transporting hydrogen and CO2 between Germany and Norway.

Norway and Germany have a common intention to put in place large-scale deliveries of hydrogen from Norway to Germany by 2030. This includes the necessary infrastructure. The countries will jointly examine the technical and financial possibilities for developing such solutions, which will be done step by step.
